Created To Solve A Real Hospitality Problem

While working as National On-Premise Manager at Diageo, Kimwell Layton saw that many operators had limited visibility over their true cost of sales. They could see what was recorded at the POS, but not always what had actually been poured.

iPOUR was developed to close the gap between dispense and sale — giving venues the evidence-based data needed to understand beverage performance more accurately.
